By placing an order through Wendywills, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to provide a clear, fair, and transparent process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Our goal is to make every customer feel confident shopping with us. All guidelines here apply to customers within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If a clothing item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage not caused during shipping.
- All products must include original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, or order screenshot) is required.
This ensures returned items remain in resellable condition, allowing us to maintain high-quality products for all customers.
Customized or personalized apparel items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
B. No Return Label Included
If your package did not include a return label, don’t worry—this is standard. To reduce waste, we do not include physical labels. Instead:

- Our team will guide you step-by-step to create a return or exchange request promptly.
C. Return Process
Starting a return is simple:
- Email support@wendywills.com with the following:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot of order confirmation)
- Reason for return
- If your return is due to damage, defect, or quality issues, attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem. This helps us resolve the issue faster.
Once your return is received and inspected—usually within 24 hours of delivery—we will email you to confirm approval. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days, but your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to process.
D. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will assist with an exchange:
- Email support@wendywills.com with photos or a video of the issue.
- Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Defective items
- Wrongly shipped products
- Incorrect sizes
- Damaged items
For eligible exchanges, customers do not pay return shipping fees. Contact support@wendywills.com for instructions, and we will ensure you receive the correct item quickly.
F. Refunds
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it carefully. You will be notified via email whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
G. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your address and order details before submitting. Customers are responsible for any losses due to incorrect shipping information.
